For research in its early stages, runXYZ can work with you to develop your project. We can help you refine your research question and formulate your hypotheses. We can review the existing literature on your topic and provide summary material. runXYZ can help develop your study design.
runXYZ can perform the analysis of your data, including descriptive and inferential statistics. As examples, analysis may include summary measures, correlation, regression, general linear model designs, or exploratory factor analysis. Statistical output will be returned and may include graphs, plots, or figures.
Assistance with the knowledge translation or dissemination of your research can be arranged. This may include assistance with the preparation of a report, brochure, or poster. Proofreading services are also offered.

runXYZ can assist with your functional and structural MRI study by consulting on your study design.
runXYZ converts raw data and organizes files to software-specific formatting.
As appropriate, preprocessing is performed including, but not limited to, removal of initial scans, slice scan time correction, motion correction, artefact detection, segmentation, and normalization. Data denoising is performed. Quality assurance tests can be documented.
Various task-based and resting state fMRI data analyses are available. These include General Linear Model; seed-to-voxel connectivity maps, region-of-interest functional connectivity matrices, and psychophysiological interaction analyses; voxel-to-voxel analyses including principal component analysis and independent component analysis; as well as connectome-level measures such as multi-voxel pattern analysis and global and local network measures.
Group-level results including comparisons between groups and/or conditions are available.
Measures of brain structure including diffusion imaging analyses (fractional anisotropy and mean diffusivity), voxel-based morphometry, and surface-based morphometry are offered. Both group-level and between-group comparisons are available.
We also offer neuroimaging data analysis workshops. Half-day to multi-day hands-on workshops on preprocessing and analysis are tailored to your needs.
